Menu: A burger of choice with lettuce, tomatoes, purple onion, pickles and mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise, fries and something to drink.

Menú: Una hamburguesa a elección con lechuga, tomate, cebolla morada, pepinillos, mayonesa o veganesa, papas fritas, bebida o agua.

Menu: Un hamburger a scelta con lattuga, pomodori, cipolla viola, cetriolini e maionese o vegan maionese, patatine e qualcosa da bere.

And here comes the good part! We ordered the menu plus an order of onion rings, they were delicious! We choose the beet and black bean burger and the chickpea burger. We cut them in half so the each of us could try the two options.

Y aquí viene la parte buena! Pedimos el menú y una porción de aros de cebollas, estaban maravillosos! Escogimos la hamburguesa de betarraga (remolacha) y porotos (frijoles) negros y la de garbanzos. Las cortamos por la mitad así las dos podíamos probar las dos opciones.

E qui arriva la buona parte! Abbiamo ordinato il menu e una porzione di anelli di cipolla, erano deliziosi! Abbiamo scelto l'hamburger di barbabietola e fagioli neri e l'hamburger di ceci.. Abbiamo tagliato a metà così ciascuno di noi potrebbe provare le due opzioni.

Onion rings! They were really really good. We asked for the 3 chili sauce,yummy, but not spicy.

Aros de cebolla! Estaban muy ricos. Los pedimos con salsa triple ají, rica pero no picante.

Anelli di cipolla! Erano veramente buone. Abbiamo ordinato con la salsa di 3 peperoncini, ricca, ma non piccante.

We sat outside because the weather was perfect to enjoy the sun, but they also have a very cozy place inside.

Nos sentamos afuera porque el clima estaba perfecto para disfrutar el solcito, pero tambien tienen un lugar muy acogedor adentro.

Ci siamo seduti fuori perché il tempo era perfetto per godersi il sole, ma hanno anche un posto molto accogliente all'interno

Verace pizza is a vegan friendly place since they added vegan cheese to the menu. They have a lot of options and you can also change or add anything you want in your order. This restaurant is located in bellas artes in Santiago, Chile. This is one of my favorite pizza place by far!

Verace pizza es un lugar vegan friendly desde que agregaron queso vegano al menu. Tienen un montón de pizzas, pero también puedes cambiar o agregar lo que quieras a tu orden. Este restaurant esta ubicado en bellas artes en Santiago, Chile. Esta es una de mis pizzerias favoritas!

Verace pizza ora è un posto vegan friendly dato che hanno aggiunto formaggio vegan al menu. Hanno un sacco di pizze e puoi anche cambiare o aggiungere qualcosa che desideri nel tuo ordine. Questo ristorante si trova in bellas artes a Santiago, Cile. Questo è uno dei miei pizzerie prefiriti!

This time I had tomato sauce, vegan cheese, black olives, palm hearts and mushrooms, plus I always add merken (smoked chili) and oregano.

Esta vez comí salsa de tomate, queso vegano, aceitunas negras, palmitos y champiñones, además, siempre le agrego un montón de merken y orégano.

Questa volta ho mangiato la salsa di pomodoro, formaggio vegan, olive nere, cuori di palma e funghi, anche io sempre aggiungo un sacco di Merken (piccante) e origano.

Foodie: Vegan Vancouver.

This is my first trip outside Chile since I became a vegan and I have to say it wasn't that hard to find delicious vegan or vegan friendly places around Vancouver. I was so exited, that I wanted to share my 4 favorite restaurants that we went to, and 2 "fast food" places that are vegan friendly. Bon appetite!

Este es mi primer viaje fuera de Chile desde que me hice vegana y debo decir que no fue para nada difícil encontrar lugares veganos o "vegano amigables" (existe esa palabra?) deliciosos en donde comer en Vancouver. Estaba tan contenta, que queria compartir mis 4 restaurantes favoritos a los que fuimos, mas 2 lugares de "comida rápida" vegano amigable. Bon apettite!

Questo è il mio primo viaggio fuori dal Cile da quando sono diventata vegana e devo dire che non è stato difficile trovare posti vegan o "vegan friendly" in giro per mangiare a Vancouver. Ero così felice, che voleva condividere i miei 4 ristoranti preferiti che sono andata, più 2 punti di vegan friendly "fast food". The Wallflower.

I have to say that this was my absolute favorite restaurant that we went to,  they have lots of vegan options, so it is really hard to decide! Cuz everything sounded just so gooood. Its modern food brings, vegan, vegetarian and carnivore options. We went there twice and both times the food was amazing, so I really recommend this place.

Tengo que decir que este fue unos de mis restaurantes favoritos a los que fuimos, tiene un montón de opciones veganas, así que incluso se hace difícil decidir! Todo sonaba demasiado rico. Su comida moderna tiene opciones veganas, vegetarianas y carnívoras. Fuimos dos veces y la comida estaba maravillosa, así que realmente recomiendo este lugar.

Devo dire che questo è stato il mio ristorante preferito assoluto che sono andata, hanno un sacco di opzioni adatti ai vegani, quindi anche diventa difficile decidere! Sembrava tutto  così buono. Il suo cibo moderno porta opzioni vegan, vegetariani e carnivori. Siamo andati due volte e il cibo e stato meraviglioso, quindi vi consiglio vivamente questo posto.

Pesto foccacia sandwich: pesto, sun dried tomato. grilled tofu, sprouts, tomato, avocado, cucumber, vegan mozzarella + green salad.

The second time we went.

Way to much food for two, we took more than half of the nachos to go. They were really good!

Vegan Nachos: tortilla chips, vegan cheese, black beans, corn, olives, onions, jalapeños, salsa.

Sundried tomatoes pesto penne: Sundried tomatoes, tofu ricotta, broccoli, pesto, salsa, focaccia.

The Templeton.

We also came here a few times since it was very yummy and because it was close to our hotel. They have a few vegan options but the two options I got to try where pretty good. The restaurant is really pretty and I loved the 60's vibe. 

También vinimos aquí un par de veces porque la comida era muy rica y además nos quedaba cerca del hotel. Tiene pocas opciones veganas pero las dos que probé estaban muy ricas. El restaurant es muy lindo y me encantó la onda de los 60's que tiene.

Abbiamo anche venuti qui un paio di volte perché era molto gustoso e perché era vicino al nostro hotel. Hanno poche opzioni vegan, ma le due opzioni che ho provato erano molto buone. Il ristorante è molto carino e mi è piaciuto l'atmosfera degli anni '60 che hanno.

Grilled Vegetarian lasagna: organic noodles, pesto, zucchini, red peppers, fresh tomatoes, ricotta, tangy tomato sauce, side mixed organic greens.

Vegan lentil loaf, veggies and nuts with a hint of curry, with mushroom gravy and fries, delicious!

Nuba.

I  believe this was my first time eating lebanese food and I loved it! They had falafels and hummus, and I love them, so this was perfect!

Creo que esta era la primera vez que comía comida libanesa y me encanto! Tienen falafel y hummus, y a mi me fascinan, así que esto era perfecto!

Credo che la sua è stata la mia prima volta mangiare cibo libanese e mi è piaciuto! Hanno i falafel e il hummus, ed io gli amo, quindi questo era perfetto!

Najib’s Special: Vegan crispy cauliflower tossed with lemon and sea salt, served with tahini.

India Bistro.

I love Indian food! Their many spices and flavors are incredible, and they also have a lot of vegan options, so thumbs up for indian food.

Me encanta la comida India! Sus especies y sabores son increíbles, y además tienen muchas opciones veganas, así que dedo gordo para arriba para la comida India.

Mi piace il cibo indiano! Le loro molte spezie e sapori sono incredibili, e hanno anche un sacco di opzioni vegan, il pollice in alto per il cibo indiano.

Rice Pulao: basmati rice cooked with cumin, onions and aromatic spices, with spinach and chick peas cooked in onion, garlic, ginger & tomato sauce.

This bakery is located in Granville Island, I had a vegan brownie there, a little dry but the chocolate gnash was to die for.

Esta panadería esta ubicada en Granville Island, compré un brownie vegano ahí, estaba un poco seco pero el gnash de chocolate estaba maravilloso.

Questo panificio si trova a Granville Island, ho comprato un brownie vegano c'era un po 'secco, ma il gnash di cioccolato è stato meraviglioso.
