Yummy: Vegan smoothie.

This vegan smoothie was really good, you only need: blueberries, raw beetroot, apple, chia seeds, flaxseeds and soy milk. Enjoy!

Este smoothie vegano estaba muy rico, solo necesitas: arándanos, betarraga cruda, manzana, semillas de chia, semillas de linaza y leche de soya. Que lo disfruten!

Questo frullato vegano era buonissimo, solo hai bisogno di: mirtilli, barbabietola cruda, mela, semi di chia, semi di lino e latte di soia. Buon appetito!
